With a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Simon Fraser University, Evan’s expertise lies at the intersection of neurophysiology and human behavior. His extensive research background has focused on mapping the intricate networks of the human brain, specifically exploring how neuroanatomical structures influence cognitive control and decision-making. Most recently this has been complemented with a focus on TMS, and completion of the Optimind Magventure TMS Training program.
Evan’s role as a recognized educator and university instructor provides experience and perspective, which is key to his ability to translate complex neuroscientific concepts into clear, accessible narratives. Together with his understanding of TMS as a powerful tool for facilitating neuroplasticity, Evan helps clients understand the science behind their journey to wellness.
At Optimind, Evan combines his passion for evidence-based care with a compassionate, client-centred approach, providing a supportive environment where innovation in science meets personalized care.
